I strive to be a constant source of reassurance, offering emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and birth.

Hello there! I'm delighted to introduce myself as birth doula, wife, and a proud mother of two beautiful children. My name is Jessica Fontaine, and I'm incredibly passionate about supporting families on their path to a positive and empowering birth experience.

As a mother myself, I understand firsthand the transformative and profound journey that pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood entail. My own experiences as a mother have deepened my commitment to assisting other families in embracing this sacred time with confidence and joy.

As your doula, I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to help mothers and their partners navigate the incredible adventure of childbirth. My role is to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout the entire birthing process, fostering an atmosphere of calm and empowerment.

Outside of being a doula, I love spending time with my family and being active in sports. I play softball and volleyball recreationally in the Palm Harbor area. I’m also very involved in our church community and serve in the Children’s Ministry and Care Team.

It would be an honor to join you on your own journey to parenthood, providing compassionate guidance, encouragement, and a nurturing presence.
